Thresa Offord

Thresa Offord has dedicated her service to leadership in Early Childhood Education (ECE) for 25 years.  She has spent her career in ECE management and has worked with both teachers and managers in guiding programs to meet quality care.  Thresa has managed both for-profit and non-profit programs.  She specializes in leading coaches to effectively implement coaching practices that support Head Start programs that use tools, such as CLASS (Toddler and Pre-K), ITERS, and ECERS.  Her passion is working with adults to lead them down the path of successful leadership. 

Thresa earned her Undergraduate Degree in Early Childhood Education from San Jose State University and completed a Master of Arts degree in Human Development with an emphasis on Leadership in Education and Human Services. Thresa plans to share her knowledge and past experiences to help teachers, middle managers, and senior managers implement strategies they can implement to make a difference in the world of ECE.
